HVTDC has a proven menu of topics directed to meeting the training needs for management and supervisors.

Skill Assessment


Called a Gap Analysis, current staff is profiles regarding their training, background, experience and interests are documented. A similar profile of the staffing skills needs for the new venture would be developed. By analyzing the results the overall delta needs and the potential of the current staff would identify where training needs are required.

Team Building / Empowerment


Management’s role is to identify the direction and goals, provide tools with input from the assigned employees, forming employee teams to make it happen. This initially requires some team training but more importantly requires a management attitude change in their role and management approach. The team knows what is needed to meet the assigned project and will work as a team to be successful resulting in improved quality and minimal costs but also will be a significant increase in morale and job satisfaction.
